fe-pichu has evolved 🌩️ A new anonymous Arena model, fe-raichu, also runs on OpenAI's tokenizer. In Pokémon, Pichu evolves into Pikachu and then Raichu, so the name hints at a bigger, stronger sibling of fe-pichu. Same chat-box test: in Code Arena it blanked or garbled all 4 tokens that only OpenAI models trip over, and none of the 52 from 13 other labs, matching fe-pichu line for line. Thinking Machines' Inkling shares OpenAI's tokenizer, so this points to OpenAI but isn't proof. First spotted by Arena Scout from Journey To AGI.
